Check-in time: Checking in: starting from 14:00 PM until 21:00 PM. Check-out time: till 12:00 PM.
Terms of registration: All non Thai citizens must show a valid passport at check-in. Drivers Licenses are not accepted. All Thai citizens must show a valid passport, ID or driving license. Minimum check-in age is 18.
Types of payment: We accept CASH payments in Thai Baht only. Payment is due at check-in.
Room price includes: VAT, WIFI
Please note this guesthouse has NO ELEVATOR in this building. This guesthouse might not be suitable for elderly or people with limited mobility. The guest room is on the 3rd floor.
Please note Room@Bangkok has NO PRIVATE PARKING.
No pets or service animals are allowed at Room@Bangkok.
Room service is only per request and until 13:00 pm at latest.
Smoking Policies: Smoking is only allowed outside, on the terrace in front of the guesthouse or on the balcony, outside of the guest room. Please note that the guest room and bathroom are strictly non-smoking. Every violation regarding this policy is fined with 2000 Baht. In such case you will also be asked to leave the building. Also in such case money for the booked and prepaid services is not returned.
It is forbidden to bring and keep inflammable materials in the rooms and damage furniture.
As we take care of your personal safety, as well as for the quiet atmosphere in the guesthouse, it is strictly forbidden to stay here in a state of strong alcoholic intoxication. We reserve the right to refuse to serve a customer, being in a state of strong alcoholic intoxication. In this case money for the booked and prepaid services is not returned. Drugs of any kind are NOT welcome at Room@Bangkok.

Please turn off all lights and air conditioning before leaving your room.
Guesthouse Liability for guests’ belongings:
Room@Bangkok is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Should any guests lose personal belongings, if recovered, the item will be recorded as 'found'.
In order to avoid any misunderstanding, in case you find any damage in the room, we kindly ask you to immediately inform the guesthouse staff about it. If the damage was made by the guest, the client will have to pay for it depending on the damage and situation.

If you have any complaints, questions and advice apply to the guesthouse staff. Our helpful staff will give you all the information about services, excursion routes and answer questions.
The guesthouse guarantees that it will not use your personal data in order to get profit and will not sell it to any third party.
